INFO: Freedos System Will Not Install An Earlier Version Of Windows XP

Summary
When attempting to install Windows XP, the installation ends with a blue screen or some other error.
Symptom
When Installing Windows XP, the installation stops either because no mass storage device is found or the installation errors out.
Cause
Using an older XP installation disc.
Resolution
Current systems have very up to date hardware requiring a Windows XP installation disc that has at least Service Pack 2 "slipstreamed" into the installation disc.
